Our 300 hour training is an advanced training that requires completion of a 200-hr training prior to enrolling. The 300-hr curriculum includes: Subtle Bodies, Intro to Ayurveda, Business of Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma Informed Yoga, Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, Advanced Sequencing, Prenatal Yoga, and Adaptive Yoga. Students also have the option to explore additional topics through live lectures such as Yoga for Anxiety or Yoga for Recovery.
